MARKET DATES: Tioga’s Western Trade Days are held the 4th Saturday of each month, April – September, rain or shine, from
8:00 AM till the last vendors pack up their merchandise and head home.
OFFICE HOURS: Trade Days management can be reached by phone or
email prior to Trade Days weekend. During the show, management will be on the
Trade Days grounds and in the Tioga Heritage Museum office from 6:30 AM - 4:00
PM.
SIZE OF LOTS: Open air lots measure 15 ft. wide and 30 ft. deep. Markers are on
each corner of the lot. Each lot is assigned a number that is spray painted on
the lot.

FOOD & DRINK CONCESSIONS: Only approved concession vendors may sell food or drinks. All food and drink concessions must meet the standards of the Texas Department of Health and have a permit. Items not intended to be eaten on the premises are not considered concessions.
Only a
limited number of food concessions will be allowed at each event. Food vendors must call to check availability and cost for electricity/water before registering. Tioga’s Western Trade Days will compile a waiting list for concessionaires after the maximum number has been confirmed.
RESERVING SPACES: Lots may be rented for any scheduled Trade Days at any time. No space will be
guaranteed until full payment is received. No rain checks will be given. Lot assignments are determined by the number of vendors and merchandise sold. Lot requests are respectfully considered and granted if possible, taking into consideration lot assignment criteria as stated.
RENEWAL OF SPACES: Vendors will be given first right of refusal when renewing their assigned lots by paying the next month’s rent by the close of Tioga’s Western Trade Days Saturday. Vendors can also request a different space if it is still available after the close of a Trade Days Saturday.
SET-UPS: Vendors may set up during the following times: Saturday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. Vendors who have not arrived by 8:00 AM Saturday may be relocated. Vendors wishing to set up on Friday may make special arrangements with Trade Days management to do so but will be responsible for the overnight security of their property.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time for vendors is 4:00 PM on Saturday.
PARKING: Parking for customers is FREE where ever parking space is available around town. Vendors will receive a pass which will entitle them to park on the Trade Days grounds within their assigned lot space. If a vendor does not want to park within their assigned lot space, they are certainly free to park anywhere they can around town.
ANIMALS FOR SALE: Tioga’s Western Trade Days will allow small animals, such as puppies, kittens, or non-fowl birds, to be sold. All animals to be sold must be approved in advance by the management. No venomous and/or toxic reptiles, insects, spiders or snakes of any kind shall be sold or allowed on Trade Days grounds. Fowl, such as ducks, turkeys or chickens are not permitted to be sold at Trade Days.
SALES TAXES:All commercial vendors must have a Texas sales tax number and all vendors are responsible for reporting their own sales taxes.
COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE: Any vendor at Tioga’s Western Trade Days may be inspected by the U. S. Customs Service for copyright infringement. Tioga’s Western Trade Days assumes no liability for the sale of counterfeit merchandise. Any vendor found in violation of U. S. Customs regulations is subject to prosecution.
